That is because Obama has a bunch of thugs called the czar working for him and he has lied about just about everything. Just more Chicago politics in place now.

Profile Information

About Me:
I am a green building consultant & permaculture designer based in Arizona & Dominica, West Indies. My company, Green Element Design Group, LLC, is a Green consulting firm featuring Green architects, designers, permaculturalists, landscapers and people from other green disciplines and green products all coming together to help people go green.

I am available to give power point presentations to groups and individuals to teach them easy ways to go green, and hope to spread the word until this world is no longer in danger of destroying itself. I also hope to bring to this forum information that will be useful and informative, enabling us all to reach a higher level. We are Your Green Edge!

I also teach Community Building and Alternative Money for the Guild's PDC, serve on the Technical Review Committee for the AZUSGBC, the Gilbert Environmental Task Force, and serve as the committee chair for the Pinal Green Committee, where we are setting the standards for Pinal County to go green. I am a member of the AZ Chapter of the USGBC, the Phoenix Green Chamber of Commerce, the AZ Small Business Association, and the American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association, and I am Executive Producer (as part of Perma Cultural Productions) of Green and Easy TV.

All this because I decided to take the Fall Permaculture Design Course in 2007! Woo Hoo!

Hyatt Hotel offers Food for Composting

Hyatt Hotel in downtown Phoenix is looking to connect with a farmer who needs food scraps for compost.

If you would like to add more food scraps to your compost management this is a place to go. I do not know if this is raw or cooked food (hopefully it is raw), but I think it is a good move on their part to start thinking in this direction. Maybe they will inspire other hotels to follow suit. If you need this service, contact:

RE: Food Safety Hearings:

ALARM! bells are going off...this morning on Cspan I awakened to a hearing (recorded Thursday) about Food Safety and Horticulture and Organic Agriculture.

If Monsanto (wrote HR 875) is one of the players it would seem that they have an interest in killing organic farmers as they do… Continue

I just saw your note. I think Peter Shifman is a great person and
I always appreciated his kind assistance. The last time I spoke
with him was when he purchased acreage in Domenica.
I gather that is going well. Send me an e mail if you are still in town

Hi Terri, That is too funny as I just looked at all your wonderful pictures this morning and thought to myself what a great oasis in the desert. What kind of chickens do you recommend? I wrote up what I have right now to Rachel. What do you have in stock? I'm new to this but am loving it! Susan
