This has worked fantastic after a great tomato crop to make sun dried tomatoes. Another great use as been drying my sprouted wheat berries to grind for flour

HI Jane and Chris. It is really cool. I did not make it. It's called The Food Pantrie. You can get them on Amazon, Ebay or their direct website. It compresses to a flat unit which stores easily. The sides are mesh with a zipper to remove the washable trays. A great design and perfect for our climate. I've included a link should you want to see it demo'd. Their videos show it inside the kitchen which I think would take forever stuff to dry. In Aug/Sept I was drying sprouted wheat in a few days and tomatoes in about a week.

This is a pretty cool design, I also am curious about the construction.
