Hi, everyone!! During Heather's gardening class today, we were talking about Ken Singh and his wonderful compost and mulch. Ken - if you're listening - or anyone else - can someone post the contact info for Ken and maybe general location and hours for pick up for those of us who don't know? It would be much appreciated!!

Thanks in advance - Kelly

OK - I found the directions on another post, but can anyone confirm if it's still just show up on Saturday mornings and at what time? Some of us live in the far west valley and really don't want to drive all the way over there for nothing if you know what I mean. Thanks for any info you can give!!

There is this new invention called google.
Thanks for sending your post with Ken's address. I heard of Ken Singh through a myriad of friends but never got his contact info. Kelly's post and your own was a good reminder.
Ken has a sign that says Saturdays, and forgive me for not remembering exactly, I believe it is 7 am to 2 pm.

You just take the first driveway east of the 101 on the north side of Thomas.

Don has a post on the PPG site mentioning protocol for getting compost. Ken is a farmer and has a difficult time taking calls during the week. He is very friendly, but asks that people interested in mulch, compost tea and fish emulsion just show up on Saturdays so he can dedicate the rest of his days to work on the farm.

The Hayden Road address is probably the business office and is NOT where you go to get compost on Saturday morning. Again, it is on the NE corner of the 101 and Thomas in South Scottsdale to pick up compost.
Monica,

Thanks for the detailed info. What is the PPG site? I would like to read the protocol.

Maria
